How many bartenders do I need for my event?
Go Bar works on an average of one bartender for every 30 guests.
Why do I need to hire an additional staff (waiters, bar-backs)?
Realistically a successful event requires the appropriate staffing. Without it – guests feel ignored, the room looks messy, and the general flow of the evening is non-existent.

Who controls stock?
Every function has a manager or a head bartender who controls stock, manages all barmen and oversees support staff.
